DIY Wild Flower Wreath!! LoVe!!

DIY Beautiful Wild Flower Wreath        This Easy & Fast DIY Wreath makes me want to tie Flowers  into Braided Hair and dance in a meadow were the grass is to my knees in full bloom as the sunflowers writhe above me…. Now thats just me and the hippie in me, we are one in the same. BUT I feel this wreath is also a Modern & Beautiful Accent piece to any home.

Lets Create it!!

I just recently painted my house.…I will post pictures but it was an awful yellow 70’s color, making it look old, I shlepped on some Grey & White Paint and VUUAALLLAAA!! Looks like a different home, and the grey will make an awesome back drop to display my newly made awesome wreath!!! ( I was too afraid to decorate the outside of the house for fear it will bring someones attention to it….yes that bad) PrObLem SoLvEd!!!

Moving right along, I see these wreaths in Michael’s our local craft store (It basically is crafters crack in there) BUUTT the wreaths are a legit $40.00’s!!!! Like I always say I pride myself on doing projects for less than half the cost…..

I almost let the Store hypnotize me, because I found myself in their picking out flowers that I LoVeD!!!!  Only picking out 4  stems that had one-two max amount of flowers on them I found that I would be spending 13 dollars!!, Thats without any leaves or vines things or fillers and that literally equalled 4-6 flowers tops, the small flowers too!! to get a medium or late flower they were 3-10$$$ a PIECE!!!! Soo I struggled because the rose color glasses are thick in there. But I graciously put them back n hopped on over to the Dollar store.

I got EVERYTHING on this wreath for 4$ they also had the wreaths themselves. I had one already from my neighbor BUT if I didn’t I would have spent a whopping FIVE DOLLARS!!! To get to pick the colors n types of flowers you want and to match your idea of awesome Decor for your home,

Hey I walked out feeling like i just stole everything! SOOLLDD!!!!

So begin by plucking your Flowers & Leaves Off the Stems

Plug in that  glueing weapon of yours so it is ready after next step

StEp 2.

Beautiful Flower Wreath

Move your wreath so the thick part is at a bottom towards a right angle. This will give it a beautiful professional look.

Start Arranging your flowers where you want them, This will take a few little tweaks to get the feel of how you want them to go. You really want the flowers to flow & not look like there just plopped on there, so take your time.

I Broke up the White Flowers with the colored ones to make it pop and give it that Wild Flowered Boquet  look.

I also tried to drape the vined flower towards  the bottom to give it that cascading look.

Take the leaves and just poke them in wherever you feel could use a pinch of color or to break up the Flowers if they start just meshing together.

StEp 3.

Beautiful Flower Wreath

Once you have the look you LoVe…… Starting from the top and work your way to the bottom.

Gently Lift the Flowers & Leaves as you come to them, one at a time, and glue the bottom of that piece and return it to it’s Wild Flowered Home

Beautiful Flower Wreath

Be sure to hold the pieces in place for 30 seconds or so. That way the weight of the pieces won’t slide while the glue is drying..

DoNt BuRn YoUrSeLf!!!! I say this because I am more than experienced in the art of Hurting & Burning myself during pretty much any creation!! I am safety challenged so learn from my mistakes!!!

Till Next Time!!!
